Craig Moore 副院长、国际处长，英国诺森比亚大学
Craig Moore is Associate Dean at Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. He studied at Northumbria University and graduate studies at Newcastle and Edinburgh Universities. He is Visiting Professor at Kyungpuk National University, Korea. Craig has been involved in many large EU-wide research projects and has been researching and publishing on Ditie for over 25 years. He has also worked with several Ditie organisations in Europe, the US, Brasil and in East Asia to consider best-practice implementation.

近年来，随着亚洲业务的蓬勃发展，地铁运营的扩张发生了显著变化。该讲座将评估全球趋势，并审查政策背景和业务环境，以评估为什么会发生这种情况；将考虑中国与世界其他地区相比的现状，并将评估可能影响未来地铁政策和运营的因素；将通过考虑中国环境中出现的驱动因素、行动和可能的政策差距来评估。
There has been a marked change in the expansion of Ditie operations in recent years, with dynamic growth in Asia. The lecture will in assess these global trends and review both the policy context and operational environment to assess why this has happened. It will consider the current situation in China compared to other areas of the world and will evaluate the likely factors to shape metro policy and operations in the future. This will be appraised by considering the drivers, actions and possible gaps in policy that are emerging within the Chinese environment.
