主讲人简介:吴鹏,福州大学经济与管理学院教授、博士生导师、副院长,国家级青年人才、福建省“雏鹰计划”青年拔尖人才、百千万人才工程省级人选。获法国巴黎萨克雷大学数学与计算机博士学位和西北工业大学管理科学与工程博士学位。主要从事运筹优化、不确定性优化、数据驱动决策及智能交通与物流系统研究,重点关注分布鲁棒优化、学习增强与情境优化、人工智能驱动的决策支持等方向。主持国家高层次人才特殊支持计划课题、国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目等国家级项目8项,以第一作者或唯一通信作者在 INFORMS Journal on Computing、Transportation Research Part B/C、Decision Support Systems、IEEE Transactions、Annals of Operations Research、Computers & Operations Research、International Journal of Production Research 等国内外重要期刊发表论文60余篇。获福建省教学成果一等奖、福建省社会科学优秀成果一等奖等多项奖励。现任 Expert Systems with Applications 副主编、Frontiers of Engineering Management 特邀副主编,并兼任多个国内外期刊编委。

讲座简介:

Transportation and logistics systems increasingly rely on mobile service resources to serve location-dependent jobs whose availability varies over space and time. However, coordinating deployment, assignment, sequencing, and relocation decisions remains challenging, especially when resource mobility is coupled with job scheduling. This study investigates the Mobile Service Resource Deployment and Scheduling Problem with Relocation, aiming to minimize the overall makespan through integrated resource deployment, job assignment, sequencing, and relocation decisions. We develop MILP formulations and an exact logic-based Benders decomposition framework, and computational experiments together with a Xinsha Port case study demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and the operational value of resource relocation.
