近日，由四川国际传播中心（SICC）主办的“川菜遇见中国节”之川菜粽子挑战体验在成都白鹭湾湿地公园白鹭·烟汀举行，来自俄罗斯的西南交大留学生Gerasimenko Anastasiia和来自孟加拉国的成都理工大学留学生Rahman MD Atiqur参加了这次端午节川味粽子挑战活动。在SICC主播Millie的带领下，两位留学生现场向四川非遗赵粽子第四代传承人赵萌“拜师”，了解四川风味食材和学习粽子制作技艺。
Recently, "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters the Chinese Festival — Sichuan Cuisine Zongzi Reproduction Challenge", "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters" presented by SICC was held in Bailuwan Wetland Park of Chengdu. Gerasimenko Anastasiia, the Russian overseas student from Southwest Jiaotong University, and Rahman MD Atiqur, the Bangladesh overseas student from Chengdu Univerisity of Technology participated in this activity. Led by Millie, the anchor of SICC, the two overseas students studied from Zhao Meng, the fourth-generation inheritor of Zhaozongzi, the intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan, and learned about the Sichuan food materials and cooking skills of Zongzi.
