【四川国际传播中心】老外震惊!当回锅肉遇见粽子

端午,中国四大传统节日之一,中国首个入选世界非遗的节日。“五月五,吃粽子”,端午佳节将至,你还在为吃甜粽子或咸粽子而烦恼吗?试想下,百菜百味的川菜融入软糯的粽子,会不会让你耳目一新、垂涎欲滴?

Dragon Boat Festival is one of the four great traditional festivals in China and the first one that was listed as the world intangible cultural heritage. It’s a custom on that day that people will eat Zongzi. As Dragon Boat Festival is coming, are you still indecisive about sweet Zongzi and salty Zongzi? Let’s imagine what it would be like if the Zongzi is integrated into Sichuan cuisine of various kinds.

“川菜遇见中国节”第一期以端午“粽子”为契机,以川菜为桥梁,将代表性川菜和传统粽子相结合,通过开展线下川菜粽子技艺教授和美食大赏,以趣味形式传播博大精深、源远流长的中国传统节日。

Taking Zongzi and Sichuan Cuisine as opportunities, by teaching and displaying Sichuan Cuisine Zongzi, "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters the Chinese Festival—Sichuan Cuisine Zongzi Reproduction Challenge" episode 1 aims at promoting profound Chinese culture to the world in an interesting way.

咸烧白、回锅肉、火锅,当粽子遇见川菜,会有什么样的火花?

What would happen when Zongzi encounters Sichuan cuisine? 

近日,由四川国际传播中心(SICC)主办的“川菜遇见中国节”之川菜粽子挑战体验在成都白鹭湾湿地公园白鹭·烟汀举行,来自俄罗斯的西南交大留学生Gerasimenko Anastasiia和来自孟加拉国的成都理工大学留学生Rahman MD Atiqur参加了这次端午节川味粽子挑战活动。在SICC主播Millie的带领下,两位留学生现场向四川非遗赵粽子第四代传承人赵萌“拜师”,了解四川风味食材和学习粽子制作技艺。

Recently, "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters the Chinese Festival — Sichuan Cuisine Zongzi Reproduction Challenge", "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters" presented by SICC was held in Bailuwan Wetland Park of Chengdu. Gerasimenko Anastasiia, the Russian overseas student from Southwest Jiaotong University, and Rahman MD Atiqur, the Bangladesh overseas student from Chengdu Univerisity of Technology participated in this activity. Led by Millie, the anchor of SICC, the two overseas students studied from Zhao Meng, the fourth-generation inheritor of Zhaozongzi, the intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan, and learned about the Sichuan food materials and cooking skills of Zongzi.

讲好四川故事,传播中国声音,《川菜遇见》是一档由四川国际传播中心精心打造的多语种视频栏目,将通过川菜遇见米其林、川菜遇见中国节等多个系列,打造四川形象IP,同时通过海内外落地的形式向世界推介四川味道!让更多的外国友人爱上川菜,向往四川,了解四川。

In order to explore the charm of Sichuan cuisine, SICC launched the bilingual video program "Sichuan Cuisine Encounters" series and will push out a series of activities to showcase the Sichuan Cuisine to the world.
